Porsche Center Louvain-la-Neuve – Complete HVAC Installation

The Porsche Centre Louvain-la-Neuve is a premium automotive workshop operated by D’Ieteren, one of Belgium’s leading automotive distribution groups. Dedicated to the Porsche brand, the facility requires technical building systems that reflect the brand’s premium standards while meeting the ambitious ESG objectives of its owner.

As part of its ambitious ESG strategy, D’Ieteren appointed CTSM to deliver the complete heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems for the Porsche Centre in Mont-Saint-Guibert. The client required a 100% zero-carbon HVAC solution that would meet the highest environmental standards while providing efficient heating and cooling through heat pumps, complemented by an optimized ventilation system.

The main challenge was to design and install a complex HVAC system capable of serving the building’s large interior volume while achieving D’Ieteren’s carbon neutrality targets. Close coordination with the various trades and project partners, together with strict adherence to the construction schedule ahead of the centre’s opening, was essential to the successful delivery of the project.

To ensure optimal distribution of heated and cooled air throughout the entire workshop, CTSM installed a split cassette system integrated with micro-perforated ductwork, providing consistent thermal comfort and efficient air circulation across the facility.
