Project duration varies depending on its scope and complexity, but an HVAC installation in a commercial building typically takes several weeks to several months. Close coordination with other trades helps ensure that deadlines are met.
Yes. We regularly work with related trades and integrate our installations into the overall project schedule. Several architectural firms regularly entrust us with their HVAC packages.
Energy renovation is at the heart of our business—it is also the strategic ambition of the Bloron Group, of which CTSM is part. Each project is assessed with a focus on efficiency: equipment selection, precise system sizing, heat pump integration, and hydraulic optimization.
For public procurement contracts, we hold Class 4 accreditations (Category D, subcategories D1, D16 and D17) and Class 1 accreditations (Categories E and G, subcategories D3, D4, D18, P and T). For D18, we are accredited as Class 3. We are currently in the process of obtaining Class 5 accreditation in several categories. Our welders are qualified in-house.
Yes. Maintenance is an integral part of our business—we provide long-term support for our clients. For example, we have been supporting UCLouvain for many years with the maintenance of their plumbing and heating installations. Our services include preventive maintenance, system optimization, and rapid response in the event of an incident.
